Oxford, PA – The Philadelphia Junior Tour traveled to Wyncote Golf Club on Monday, June 24. The tough fescue fields proved to be a challenge as 37 juniors played the par 72 – 6,350/5,841/5,454 yard long course.

Coming in with the low score of the day, and placing first in the Boys 16-18 Division, was Ryan McCabe (Media, PA). McCabe shot a 72 (E), tallying three birdies on the day. Close behind him in second place was Jacob Sokalsky (Garnet Valley, PA). Sokalsky consistently hit the fairways and finished with a 73 (+1). Luke Pastore (Holmes, PA) took third place, shooting an 81 (+9). Pastore came out with four pars and two birdies to start his round.

Joseph Madden (Oxford, PA) finished as the winner of the Boys 13-15 Division by defending his home course. This was Madden’s first win of the season, coming in with a 77 (+5). Second place went to Noah Kim (Royersford, PA). Kim shot a 79 (+7), recording nine pars throughout his round. Jeet Patel (Ephrata, PA) and Eli Shah (Newtown Square, PA) tied for third place, both shooting an 80 (+8).

Ava Svindland (Wilmington, DE) took first in the Girls 13-15 Division. Svindland started off strong with a couple of pars and holed out with a round of 90 (+18).

There was a three-way tie for first place in the 12 & Under Division. Declan Conner (Swarthmore, PA), Hank Kancher (Philadelphia, PA) and Sean Curran (Newtown Square, PA) all shot 43 (+7) to finish their rounds.
